​Statement of Faith
Empowering Grace Christian Center is a Christ centered church founded upon the infallible word of God. We believe the Bible is the greatest authority concerning salvation and instructions for Christian living. We therefore teach the apostles doctrine, which we endeavor to deliver with love, mercy and grace.  We believe that eternal salvation is obtained through faith by grace only in our Great God and Saviour Jesus Christ, according to Acts 2:38. We believe in One God, the Father Almighty, the Creator of the Universe and all that is in it.  The Bible teaches that this one, true, ever-living Eternal God is a Spirit, Holy in nature, infinite in wisdom, possessing absolute power and authority. We believe in God, the Father, the Son of God, and the Holy Spirit.  Father, Son and Holy Spirit are terms which apply to different modes of actions of the One true God our Saviour.

Our Vision

      Empowering Grace Christian Center vision is to help men and women establish a growing   

      relationship with Jesus Christ and equip them to become Empowered Difference Makers in  

      the world.


​We Desire to Become a Church where:

  • ​The Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-29) is our greatest priority. We want to see people come to Jesus Christ in a full commitment that results in them becoming difference makers for Christ in the world.
  • We live in an authentic community inspired by teaching that focuses on the life change, participative worship services and relationally-driven community groups.
  • Everyone feels welcomed and valued as we encourage each other to participate in the journey of following Christ.
  • We discover, sharpen and implement our God-given talents and gifts in ministry to each other, our community and the world.
  • We live out our faith by participating in servant evangelism efforts in our community.
  • Our leaders function as an effective Team at every level and area of ministry.
